Consultants & Coaches
Tim Brokopp
Tim is co-founder and executive director of operations for Amoveo Group. Tim oversees the million-dollar operating budget, implementing policy and strategy in Amoveo’s project locations in eight countries around the globe. Having grown up in Gabon West Africa, Tim is fluent in French. His twenty years of nonprofit operations experience, in the US and abroad, fuels his in-depth understanding of how to build an efficient and effective NGO.
Tim’s extensive experience extends to business as well. As Director of Business Development a J.E. Smith Services and Blink Session, Tim worked with clients across the globe raising millions in revenue. He knows the ins and outs of sales, marketing, and how to promote an organization’s services for lasting success.
Tim holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Study of Religion and Intercultural Studies from Nyack College. He is an avid “world football” fan who cheers for his hometown club the Philadelphia Union. Tim lives just outside of Philadelphia with his wife MaddyChristine and their three children - Isaac, Oliver, and Julia.

Matt Peace
Matt is co-founder of The Amoveo Group, overseeing the development in more than eight countries around the globe.
Among Matt's thirty years of non-profit experience includes the founding of Envision, an arm of the C&MA. Under Matt's leadership, Envision grew to nearly 20 countries and staff working in 5 continents doing short-term volunteer trips, internships, leadership development, and supporting entrepreneurs in developing communities.
Matt has consulted organizations for more than two decades helping them find solutions to their unique needs. Where Matt shines is his unparalleled ability to find and connect people, including the right donors, mobilizers, and leaders on the ground. He knows what kind of people and resources are needed to get the job done.
Matt holds a B.A. in Sociology from Nyack College. He is an avid baseball fan, having seen a game at every major league stadium! He is also knowledgeable of all things Philadelphia. Matt lives in southern New Jersey outside of Philadelphia with his wife Bernadette. He has a grown son and daughter.
